TRADE POLICY
The General Conditions of Sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the individual Caroline Ganter enterprise --- Les Aquarelles d'Emoti --- as part of the sale of the various items sold on the store.
Any acceptance of an order including the clause << I admit that I have read and I accept the general conditions of sale below >> implies the unreserved membership of the buyer to these general conditions of sale.
Price
The prices of the items sold are those in force on the day of ordering. They are denominated in euros and calculated all taxes. Consequently, they will not be increased by any VAT, only the transport costs may be added, applicable on the day of the order unless mentioned << Free delivery >>.
The sole proprietorship Caroline Ganter -- Les Aquarelles d'Emoti -- agrees with the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the items ordered at the prices indicated when registering the order.
Payment terms
Payment for orders purchased on the online store is made by bank card.
Delivery
Delivery is made by filing the goods at the place indicated by the buyer when ordering.
This deposit can be made in a "Relay Point" or a "Relay Pickup" within a perimeter of 15 km around the delivery location indicated by the buyer during the order.
The delivery time indicated when registering the order is given only indicative and is in no way guaranteed.
Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the goods not exceeding two weeks will not be able to give rise to the buyer's benefit to the damages allowance or to the cancellation of the order.
The risk of transport is supported entirely by the buyer.
In case of merchandise deteriorated during transport, especially when filing in the mailbox (folded or crushed parcels) the carrier is the sole responsibility.
Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the receipt of your goods to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify a reason or to pay a penalty.
The returns are to be made in their original state. In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by articles on this occasion perhaps likely to defeat the right of withdrawal.
The return costs are borne by the buyer.
In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the sole proprietorship Caroline Ganter -- Les Aquarelles d'Emoti -- will reimburse the sums paid, within 14 days of the notification of your request via the same means of payment as that used when ordering.
Reserve of ownership clause
The sole proprietorship Caroline Ganter -- Les Aquarelles d'Emoti --retains the ownership of the items sold until their full payment.
